Another success story … Bounyan is leading the development on a unique plot in Shifat – to the north of Jerusalem center. The project has been advertised for local partnership with Jerusalem residents and almost most of the shares has been sold out in less than a month.

The Castle which is located close to the highest mountain in Jerusalem, where King Hussein of Jordan was planning to construct his palace, is currently making its way to reality. The town planning and rezoning exercise has gone far in the approvals process.
